For simple oi changes without 2 permanently- installec pump, Reverso hav introduced the portable, DC-powere OP-700 series. All : do, we're told, is co. the pump to a power remove the dipsticks . Push the suction hose over the fitting, and place the discharge hose into a waste container. Then you flip the switch and empty the sump. Since the pump is reversible, you can refill with fresh oil by moving the discharge hose over to a clean supply and pushing the switch the other way.
Covered with a stainless steel plate and supplied on a mounting board, the OP-700 pumps are designed for both hot and cold oil. They come in 2 to 6 valve versions for 12 or 24v supplies, and cost from around £300. Check your normal online boat equipment site for more exact prices.
